    Ingredients to make Ganga Imli:

    100 gms Manila tamarind, ¼ tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black salt, 1/8 tsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 100 ml tender coconut water, 8-10 ice cubes

    Steps to make Ganga Imli:

    1. Remove Manila Tamarind pulpy fruit from pod. Deseed all and wash it with water.

    2. Put Manila fruit, salt, black salt, chili powder, chat Masala and some ice cube along with coconut water in a blending jar. Blend for 1 minute.

    Pour it in a serving glass. Sprinkle chili powder and serve chilled.
