Serve these Ginger Chicken Strips, which are not only tasty and crispy but nutritious too. This protein packed dry chicken recipe with flavors of ginger, chilli paste and black pepper powder is a great evening snack.

Ingredients to make Ginger Chicken Strips:
Corn flour 2 tbps, all purpose flour 2 tbsp, salt to taste, chicken strips 1 cup, oil to fry, onion paste 1 tbsp, ginger-garlic paste ½ tbsp, Tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon, Soya sauce 1 teaspoon, Red chilli powder ½ teaspoon, sugar ½ tsp, Black pepper powder ½ tsp, coriander leaves(chopped) 1 tbsp
Steps to make Ginger Chicken Strips:
1. Mix corn flour, all purpose flour, salt, water to make a thick batter.
2. Add chicken pieces and mix it thoroughly. Deep fry these chicken pieces in hot oil.
3. Take some oil in another pan and add ginger-garlic paste, onion paste, salt, and saute them on low flame.
4. When the raw flavor is gone add tomato ketchup, soya sauce, red chilli powder, sugar, black pepper powder and mix them.
5. In the meantime deep fry once again the chicken pieces in hot oil and add them in the sauce.
Mix them thoroughly and garnish with coriander leaves. You can serve it along with mustard sauce or cheese dip.
