Godhi Unde is one of the famous Indian sweets, which is made during festivals. Honestly, it does not take much time but requires some patience. But the end result would turn as gorgeous and yummy as any store bought sweets. It's delicious and really melts in the mouth in true sense. It is one among the list of sweets liked by kids and your kiddo would certainly be no different. It is enriched with the goodness of dry fruits that make it more delicious.     Ingredients to make Godhi Unde:

    Wheat flour-2 cup, powdered sugar-1 cup, cashew-1/4 cup, raisins-1/4 cup, almonds-1/4 cup, and ghee-3 tsp

    Steps to make Godhi Unde:

    1. Dry roast wheat flour on low-medium flame . Roast very well, until it turns golden brown. Keep stirring continuously.

    2. Heat ghee in a pan and roast dryfruits. Keep aside.

    3. Take a large bowl and mix roasted wheat flour, powdered sugar and dryfruits.

    4. Heat ghee a bit. Add hot ghee to the wheat flour mix. Mix well.

    5. When it is warm enough to handle, take a handful of wheat flour mixture and make round balls.

    Your godhi unde is ready to serve.
