Wheat and rice flour are a good source of carbohydrates. Using both these ingredients, you can make delicious Godhuma Dosa. Flavour the batter with jeera and ginger and you can prepare tasty and healthy dosas.

1 cup atta, ½ cup rice flour, 1 tsp jeera, ¼ inch ginger, salt as required. 1 tsp ghee, 2 tsp oil
1. In a mixing bowl, put the aata and rice flour. Add ghee and give a good mix. You will get a crumbled dough.
2. Add jeera, ginger and salt. Add water little by little and make a batter, not too thick.
3. On a hot tawa, pour a laddle of the batter and drizzle oil on sides and top.
4. On medium flame, cook the dosa on one side. Once crisp and brown, flip and cook on the other side.
Delicious and hot Godhuma Dosas are ready to be relished!
