    Ingredients to make Gram Flour Pancake:

    Dates -50gms, besan -60gms, jaggery -20gms, milk -100ml, ghee – 5gms

    Steps to make Gram Flour Pancake:

    1. In a bowl add besan, dates, and jaggery

    2. Mix the ingredients, add milk and then blenderize until smooth

    3. Heat a pan, pour the batter and on the pan cook it on both the sides by smearing ghee.

    4. Garnish with strawberries or any other fruit you desire.

    Serve this delicious pancake right away!
