Try this green cheesy puffs which is healthier and more nutritious than ever. Add the gorgeous colour and nutrients of fresh spinach without a lot of leafy taste. The spinach is rich in vitamin K, iron and calcium.

    Ingredients to make Green Cheese Puffs:

    2 cup wheat flour, ½ cup boiled sweet corn, 1 cup shredded spinach leaves, mozzarella cheese, salt, water, oil for frying, pepper

    Steps to make Green Cheese Puffs:

    1. In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil.

    2. Add shredded spinach, boiled sweet corn, salt, pepper. Mix everything well. Let it cool for 20 minutes.

    3. Sift wheat flour in a large mixing bowl, add salt and 4 table spoon oil and mix to form crumbles.

    4. Start adding water and knead to make a soft and smooth dough.

    5. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 30 minutes.

    6. Now divide the dough into equal balls and roll out to make a thin sheet.

    7. Cut the sheet into desired shape.

    8. Fill with about 2 tablespoon of filling. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top and seal it.

    9. Heat oil in a deep-frying pan and fry the puffs till it turns golden from both sides.

    Serve these green cheese puffs with homemade tomato ketchup or delicious dips like cheese dip or mint dip during tea time or as appetizer during dinner.
