Green Peas Katori is a healthy and yummy dish loaded with protein, which can be had as a snack. If you are not a fan of peas, this dish will definitely get the right amount of peas.

Dry green peas, cumin, curry leaves, oil, grated coconut, salt, wheat flour
Preparing the Stuffing:
1. Soak green peas the previous night and next day cook in pressure cooker for 3 whistles or still soft.
2. In a pan, heat oil, add cumin seeds. Once it splutters, add the green peas, curry leaves, grated coconut. Add salt to taste.
3. Mix well.
Preparing the Katori:
1. In a bowl , add wheat flour and required amount of salt. Knead well and make a firm dough.
2. Roll into a circle like chappathi.
3. Take a muffin cup and mould it with the chappathi.
4. Deep fry the cups in oil.
5. Once the katori is golden brown, it will leave the cup automatically.
6. Add 3 teaspoons of stuffing to each cup once it cools down.
Peas Katori is ready!
