Treat your kid with this healthy traditional Guava Ginger Chutney, which can be prepared in jiffy. This is slightly spicy, sweetish, with sour accompaniment. Guava is full of fiber that cleans the stomach and also works as an antioxidant.

Ingredients to make Guava Ginger Chutney:
1 cup fine chopped deseeded ripe guavas, 2 green chiles chopped, 1 tbsp. chopped ginger, salt to taste, ½ tsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. of lassi/chaach (butter milk) [You can use butter milk in place of water]
Steps to make Guava Ginger Chutney:
1. Transfer all the ingredients to a blender.
2. Grind to make it a slightly coarser texture.
