This winter special Gur Tilkut are so delicious and nutritious that your child can eat them readily with a smile. Til is a good source of energy. It provides calcium, vitamin B, E, and jaggery. It is also rich in iron and anti-oxidants.

1 cup til, 1 tbsp ghee, 1 cup roughly chopped jaggery(gur), 1 tbsp water
1. Dry roast til in kadhai on low medium flame. Keep stirring continuously. Cool and blend into a coarse powder.
2. Heat the ghee in another pan; add the jaggery and water mix well. Cook on slow flame for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the till, low flame for 1 minute. Keep stirring.
4. Transfer the mixture into a greased plate and allow it to cool for 1-2 minutes.
Cool them completely and store them in an air tight container.
