Aloe vera leaves are healthy in every way and its gel contains anti-inflammatory properties that are good for our body. This is a vegetable dish that is made from the leaves of aloe vera and keeps your lunch woes at bay.

    Ingredients to make Gwarpatha Sabji:

    2 aloe vera leaves, 1 tbs oil, 1 green chili, a pinch of hing, half tsp cumin seeds, half tsp turmeric seeds, 1 tsp coriander powder, pinch of amchur powder, salt as per taste

    Steps to make Gwarpatha Sabji:

    1. Boil leaves of aloe vera in water and add some turmeric powder and salt into it. Let them boil for 5 minutes and then strain the leaves.

    2. Wash them again with normal water.

    3. Stir fry them in hot oil with cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, green chilies. Adjust taste with salt and dried mango powder.

    4. Cook it and keep it covered for 4-5 minutes.

    Serve Gwarpatha Sabzi hot with roti.
