Hara Bowl is a super crunchy cucumber, radish, carrot salad. This is healthy and pretty easy recipe where your champ can prepare himself when you have kept all the ingredients ready. All the goodness of carrot, radish, cucumber, tomato and onions added with nutritious nuts and seeds.

    Ingredients to make Hara Bowl:

    1 medium Carrot peeled and sliced, 1 Cucumber thinly sliced, 1 Radish sliced thinly, 1 medium fleshy tomato, 1 medium sized onion thinly sliced

    For the dressing:

    1 tsp. pumpkin seeds, 1 tsp. sunflower seeds, 1 tsp. sesame seeds, 1 tbsp.cashews, 1 tbsp. almond, 1 tbsp. pista, 1 tbsp. walnuts, 2 tsp. virgin olive oil, ½ tsp. lemon juice, 1. tsp. chopped basil leaves, 1 tsp. celery, salt to taste, 1 tsp. pepper powder.

    Steps to make Hara Bowl:

    1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the dressing and mix well until all the ingredients are incorporated.

    2. On a platter arrange the slices of vegetables in different layers.

    3. Pour the dressing evenly over the vegetables.
