Harira Milk contains poppy seeds, which give a crunchy and nutty taste. Poppy seeds are excellent source of B-complex vitamins, such as, thiamin, pantothenic acid, pyridoxine, riboflavin, niacin, and folic acid. Poppy seeds contain good levels of minerals like iron, copper, calcium, potassium, manganese, zinc and magnesium. Calcium helps to make your bones stronger.

Ingredients to make Harira Milk(1 serving):
Poppy seeds -15 gms, almonds- 10 gms, milk-100 ml, sugar-10 gms, ghee-2-3 tbsp
Steps to make Harira Milk:
1. Heat a pan add 2 – 3tbsp of ghee add poppy seeds and almonds to the pan and roasted it thoroughly
2. Add this mixture to the blender and finely grind it.
3. Boil milk in the pan and add the ground powder and sugar to the milk. Cook until done.
Serve hot or cool it!
