Hariyali Matki Khichdi is a simple yet interesting dish. You would require moath beans, rice, ghee, cloves, cinnamon, grated coconut, garlic and lemon juice. You can add other spices based on your requirement. Moath beans are an excellent source of protein that makes this dish healthy.

Steps:
1. The first step is to take a pressure cooker and add cardamom, peppercorns, cinnamon, bay leaves and cloves. Add ghee and heat it for few minutes.
2. Add the green paste to the pressure cooker and sauté on medium flame.
3. The next step is to add rice, Matki (moath beans) along with water. Wait for three whistles.
4. Make sure you allow the steam to flow on every whistle.
