Healthy Choco Cookies

With loads of protein and fibre, this delicious, soft, chewy and Healthy Choco Cookie are perfect to pamper your palate. Give it with a glass of warm milk to soothe and feel much better.

    Ingredients to make Healthy Choco Cookies:

    ½ cup oats, 1/4th cup maida, 1/4th cup whole wheat flour, 3/4th cup butter, 2 beaten eggs, 1/4th cup chocolate chips, 8-10 almonds chopped

    Steps to make Healthy Choco Cookies:

    1. Mix sugars, butter, vanilla and egg in large bowl. Stir in maida, wheat flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Knead a dough, it should be stiff.

    2. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips and knead it again.

    3. Roll out each portion into a round and flatten it between your palms to make a circle like cookie.

    4. Place the cookies at equal distance on a baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 160°c (320°f) for 35 to 40 minutes or till the cookies are golden brown.

    Cool completely and store it in air tight container.
