When preparing food, try to use healthy cooking techniques, like grilling and steaming. This Healthy Dhokla Cubes recipe is not only tasty, it is also nutritious as the dhoklas are steamed. This dish is full of carbohydrates, fibre and vitamins.

2 cup oats, 1 cup water, 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves, ½ cup semolina, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 2 cup yoghurt, 2 teaspoon ginger paste.
For Tempering:
1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 10 leaves curry leaves, 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1. Grind oats to make a powder. Transfer to a bowl and add semolina, ginger paste, coriander, yoghurt and salt and mix well.
2. Add water and mix to form a batter. Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes.
3. Grease a dhokla tray and pour in the oats mixture. Sprinkle baking soda over the mixture and steam itfor 15 minutes.
4. For the tempering, heat oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves, and saute for a minute.
5. Remove dhoklas from the steamer. Pour over the tempering and cut the mixture into cubes. Serve immediately.
