Healthy Hearts

You can prepare a protein rich dish, healthy hearts using mixed dal and paneer. Flavour the dish with cumin and coriander leaves and it tastes awesome! This dish can be had during breakfast or snack.

    Ingredients to make Healthy Hearts:

    2 cups mixed dal, 2 tbsp curds, 2 tbsp paneer, ¾ cup coriander, 2 green chiles, 1 tsp cumin seeds, salt to taste, oil for shallow frying

    Steps to make Healthy Hearts:

    1. Soak all the dals overnight.

    2. In a blender, add the dals along with curd. Blend to a fine paste.

    3. To the paste, add finely chopped coriander leaves, green chiles, grated paneer, cumin seeds, and salt to taste. Mix well.

    4. Make heart shaped pudlas(crepes) and cook them on both sides on a hot tawa. Drizzle oil as needed.

    Delicious Healthy Hearts are ready. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup and enjoy!
