    Ingredients to make Healthy Protein Packed Oats Sweet:

    Oats, water, peanuts, cashews, almonds, sunflower seeds, raisins, cinnamon, jaggery

    Steps to make Healthy Protein Packed Oats Sweet:

    1. Dry roast the oats on a tawa and grind to make a powder.

    2. In a pan, add the remaining ingredients, oats powder and 1 cup of water.

    3. Stir continuously and cook on low flame for 7-8 minutes.

    Serve hot!
