This is a brilliant way to make an extra nutritious tasty pancake to satiate the appetite. Sweet potatoes contain a good amount of fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C and several other minerals and vitamins. Banana has a good source of potassium and manganese.

1 cup wheat flour, 2 tbsp. maida, cup sweet potato, cooked and well mashed, ½ cup cow milk, ½ cup brown sugar, 1 egg, 1 well mashed banana, ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon, 2 tbsp. ghee
1. Mix all the ingredients in medium size mixing bowl without lumps. The consistency should be perfect for pancakes. You can add milk accordingly.
2. Heat the pan, grease it with ghee and spoon ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.
3. Flip after 2 minutes when bubbles form on the surface and cook for 2-3 minutes checking the bottom for golden brown colour.
Top with warm peanut butter and serve for breakfast.
