Here comes an easy to make cheesecake at home recipe, which is super yummy. Pineapple contains both soluble and insoluble fiber, which helps in easy digestion. It also contains betacarotene, Vitamin B6 and folate. Additionally, it has good amounts of Vitamin C that helps in healing the wound faster and helps to boost the immune system.

Marie biscuits -100gms, butter -50gms, cream-50ml, milkmaid 50ml, sugar -25gms, gelatine, colored sprinkles
1. Coarsely crumble the biscuits add butter to it and put the mixture and pat it till flat into the desired mold and keep it in a refrigerator.
2. In the blender add whipping cream, milkmaid, and sugar and blend it
3. Soak the gelatine and after swelling add it to the cream mixture
4. Pour the cream mixture on biscuit mixture add garnish with sprinklers/chocolate chips on top and store it in a refrigerator preferably overnight and let it set completely.
Serve this yummy cheesecake and relish it.
