If your champ loves spicy food, these Hot & Sweet Mushrooms are perfect for his palate. Mushrooms are good source of fiber, protein, vitamin C, and several minerals, so it helps in growing right and building muscles.

100 gms muhrooms, 1 capsicum, pinch of black pepper, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 onion, 1 tsp vinegar, pinch of sugar and salt, 2 tbsp oil
1. First of all, clean the mushrooms and cut into two pieces.
2. Slice capsicum, onion, and keep aside.
3. Now heat oil, add onion, fry till transluscent.
4. Next, add capsicum and mushroms and saute till they become tender.
5. Then add seasioning, all spicy and sauce. Give a nice mix, and it's ready.
Your lip smacking Hot and Sweet Mushrooms are ready to slurp and burp.
