Icy Sandwich

Icy sandwich is the simplest sandwich to prepare stuffed with cucumber and tomatoes. This cool cucumber sandwiches make a nice finger food snack house parties. It is a fantastic breakfast menu for this summer. Cucumbers are an excellent source of Vitamin K and molybdenum, in addition to copper, potassium, manganese, Vitamin B1, C, phosphorus, while tomatoes are rich with Vitamin E and Thiamin.

    Ingredients to make Icy Sandwich:

    4 slices of brown Bread, ½ cucumber sliced, 1 tomato sliced, 2 tbsp. soft butter, salt as required, black pepper powder, chaat masala and black salt as desired.

    Steps to make Icy Sandwich:

    1. Trim the edges of the bread and smear butter to prevent the sandwiches from turning soggy.

    2. If you want the sandwiches crispy for longer, you can toast the bread.

    3. Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder and spread them evenly.

    4. Place the thin slices of cucumber and tomato and sprinkle salt and pepper powder on the slices of cucumber and tomatoes.

    5. Cover with another slice and cut in desired shapes, you can cut them into long cubes to serve as finger foods.
