Pate is a spread that is served with toast, crackers, or can be applied on fresh bread. You can prepare delicious Italian peas pate with simple ingredients. This recipe has many veggies that takes care of valuable vitamins and minerals.

½ cup shredded cabbage, ¼ cup peas, 1 onion, 1 tomato, a pinch of turmeric, 3-4 sprigs of coriander leaves, salt as per taste, 1 tsp oil
1. In a pan, add oil. Once warm, add the finely chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes. Add turmeric powder.
2. Add the chopped tomato and saute for another 2 minutes. Add the cabbage and peas. Add salt.
3. Cook on medium flame for 5- 10 minutes or till tender. Add coriander leaves.
4. Transfer the mixture in a bowl and allow it to cool.
5. Blend to fine smooth paste.
Excellent tasty Italian peas pate is ready. Serve at room temperature or little chilled.
