Jain Bombay Sandwich is a healthy and delicious street food of Mumbai. It is loaded wth the goodness of bread, butter, capsicum and tomatoes. It provides carbohydrates, fat, vitamin and minerals in appropriate amount, which is very good. It is a very simple breakfast recipe, which can be made really fast and be served with sauce or chutney. The best thing about it is no one can resist themselves from eating this.

    Ingredients to make Jain Bombay Sandwich:

    Coriander leaves-few, tomatoes-1 large, salt-to taste, bread-4 slices, butter-1/4 cup, and capsicum-1

    Steps to make Jain Bombay Sandwich:

    1. Wash and slice tomatoes and capsicum.

    2. Heat grill pan on medium heat. While it's heating, assemble the sandwich.

    3. Spread butter on all the slices.

    4. Now arrange tomato slices on the slice and over it arrange slices of capsicum.

    5. Sprinkle some salt and minced corianders leaves. Cover with the other slice of bread.

    6. Carefully place the sandwich to the grill pan having butter spread over it and press lightly with spatula. Grill both the sides.

    Slice with a knife into two halves. Serve with chutney.
