Jhilli Mithai made from besan and rice flour and dipped in jaggery syrup is a perfect to serve anytime munching, especially in the winters.

2 cups besan, 2 tbsp rice flour, ½ cup melted butter, a pinch of salt, oil for frying, jaggery syrup
1. Sieve besan and rice in a deep bowl. Add butter and salt.
2. Add little water at a time and make a dough of the mixture. Keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a skillet. Add this dough in a jhilli maker(machine) and directly pour in heated oil.
4. Fry these jhillis till crispy and golden brown in colour.
5. Heat jaggery syrup and pour the fried jhilli in syrup.
6. When coated with syrup take out from syrup.
Let it cool and store in an airtight container.
