Prepare this Veg Momo Soup to beat the chilled evening of the winter season. It contains the goodness of tomatoes, vegetable stock, and is rich in iron and protein.

5-6 large riped tomatoes, 1 large red onion, 2 red dry chilli, 1/3 cup brown sesame seeds, 1 tbsp garlic, coriander leaves, 1 vegetable stock cube, 2 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric, 3 tbsp oil, 4 cups of water, salt to taste, 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
1. Dry roast sesame seeds and grind them to make a fine powder.
2. In a pan heat the oil, add dry chilli, turmeric and garlic cloves. Add sliced red onion and saute until light brown.
3. Add sliced tomatoes and cook until it turns into a thick paste.
4. Now add vegetable stock cube, coriander leaves, salt, chilli powder, sesame powder and fry for few minutes.
5. Blend this paste in a blender with 1 cup of water until smooth.
6. Pour the mixture in large and deep bowl. Add the remaining 3 cups of water and mix well.
Add lemon juice and momos and serve.
