Kachche Aam ki Chutney is a delicious side dish, which is easy to prepare and tastes yummy. Kachche aam (or raw mangoes) have valuable carbohydrates, fats, protei,n and vitamins like A,C and minerals like calcium and iron.

1 raw mango, 1.5 cups green coriander leaves, ½ cup mint leaves, ½ tsp black salt, 1 tsp cumin seeds, water as required
1. Peel the mango and roughly chop it.
2. In a blender, add all the ingredients and grind to a smooth paste. Add little water if required.
3. Transfer the chutney to a bowl. Kachche Aam ki Chutney is ready to serve.
This delicious lip-smacking chutney goes well with samosas, kachoris, or any meal.
