Ingredients to make Kaddu ka Paratha Roll:

250 gram grated pumpkin, 1 cup wheat flour, ½ chopped cucumber, ¼ cup hung curd, 2 spoon mayonnaise, 3 to 4 cloves chopped garlic, 2 spoon chopped mint

Steps to make Kaddu ka Paratha Roll:

    1. Rinse, peel and grate the pumpkin.

    2. Then in a bowl, mix the garlic, mint, hung curd, flour and a pinch of salt.

    3. Do not mix water because the juice of pumpkin will do the needs.

    4. Knead the flour, make it smooth. If it is too dry, add a little bit of water and keep it aside for 20 minutes.

    5. Make it to small balls and roll it in some wheat flour and roll it in the rolling board using the stick.

    6. Then place it in a tawa. When ¼ of it is cooked, flip it. Put some ghee or oil. And after that side is cooked, again flip it and put more oil or ghee. And when it’s perfectly cooked place it in a plate.

    7. Put the cucumber, mayonnaise on that and roll it. Serve it hot.

Kaddu ka roll is something nutritious with a tasty flavour.
