Is your cute little one craving for something sweet? Make her this nutritious and tasty Kaddu Kheer, full of the goodness of vitamins and protein.

1¼ cups peeled and grated White Pumpkin, 2 cups Milk, 1 tablespoon Ghee, 4 tablespoons Sugar, 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom Powder, 3-4 Almonds, thinly sliced
1. Squeeze out excess water from the grated pumpkin.
2. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan or heavy bottomed pan and add grated pumpkin.
3. Sauté it over low flame until almost all moisture is absorbed, for around 6-8 minutes.
4. Add milk, stir well and cook until it turns soft, for around 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
5. Add sugar and cardamom powder and stir.
6. Cook for about 4-5 minutes till mixture thickens. Serve hot or cold.
