    Ingredients to make Kaju Kopra Sheera:

    ½ cup coarsely powdered cashewnuts, ½ cup grated fresh coconut, 2 tbsp ghee, 5 tbsp sugar, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder, 3-4 saffron strands

    Steps to make Kaju Kopra Sheera:

    1. Soak the saffron in 1 teaspoon of warm water and keep aside.

    2. Heat ghee, add cashewnuts and coconut and sauté on medium heat for 2-3 minutes stirring continuously.

    3. Add sugar and ¼ cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes stirring continuously.

    4. Add the saffron-water mixture and cardamom powder and mix well. Serve warm.
