Pumpkin seeds are a good source of iron, calcium, magnesium, and B vitamins. Using these seeds, you can prepare kakharu Manji Bhaja, a quick and easy breakfast preparation.

    Ingredients to make Kakharu Manji Bhaja:

    1 cup dry pumpkin seeds, 1 onion, 1 green chilli, 3-4 sprigs coriander leaves, salt as per taste, 2 tsp oil, water as required

    Steps to make Kakharu Manji Bhaja:

    1. In a blender, add pumpkin seeds and little water. Grind to a thick paste.

    2. Add finely chopped onion, green chilli, salt and coriander leaves.

    3. On a tawa, put oil. When the oil is warm, add the pumpkin paste and give it a round shape.

    4. Cook on both sides.

    Hot and delicious Kakharu Manji Bhaja is ready. Enjoy!
