    Ingredients to make Kala Khatta:

    500 gm fresh jamun, 1 lemon juice, 1 tsp black salt, 1 tsp ground black pepper, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder, salt to taste, 1 tbsp honey(optional), ice cubes

    Steps to make Kala Khatta:

    1. Wash the jamuns, deseed them and puree them in a blender. Seive the puree to remove skin if any.

    2. Take 2-3 spoon of puree in a glass. Add lemon juice.

    3. Add black salt, ground pepper, roasted cumin powder, salt. Add honey to sweeten it a bit.

    4. Add ice cubes and little water.

    Serve chilled.
