    Ingredients to make Koat Pitha:

    3 bananas, half cup rice flour, half cup grated jaggery, and oil

    Steps to make Koat Pitha:

    1. Mash bananas along with jaggery so that the two gets mixed well.

    2. Add rice flour to this mixture and mix well.

    3.Now add little water to make a thick batter.

    4. Heat oil in a pan and when it is piping hot then fry the dumplings made from this batter.

    5. Keep the flame low once the oil is hot. Fry it from all the sides.

    Serve it hot with green chutney.
