Koldilor Bor is a healthy and nutritious dish. It can be served as a snack item and is rich in healthy carbs.

1 Koldil, 3 tbsp besan, 1 tsp chilli powder, salt to taste, oil for frying
1. Separate thin long flowers inside. Discard long stamens in each flower.
2. Boil the flowers in salted water till tender. Drain and keep aside.
3. Whisk besan along with salt, chilli powder, and water to thick yet flowing batter.
4. Dip flowers in batter and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
Serve Koldilor Bor along with chutney or ketchup!
