In a hot weather, your kid needs to consume foods that are cooling for his body. This Lauki aur Pudine ka Raita is a wonderful cool dish loaded with calcium, protein, vitamin C, and vitamin D.

1 cup grated lauki, 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves, 1 cup curds, 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes, 1/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp black salt, ½ tsp sugar, salt to taste.
1. Steam the bottle gourd in a steamer on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes. Cool and squeeze out the excess water.
2. Mix all the remaining ingredients with the lauki and combine well.
3. Chill for an hour and serve.
