A quick dessert kheer made with small shell pasta or macaroni pasta, this Macaroni Kheer is easy to prepare and tastes very good. It is loaded with calcium. Garnish it with dryfruits to add new flavour and nutrients.

3/4th cup pasta (macaroni shells), 2 cup cow's milk, ghee, cashews, raisins, 1/4 cup sugar
1. Bring 4 cups of water to boil and add macaroni and boil it. Drain and reserve.
2. Take a separate pan, fry the cashews and raisins in little ghee. Reserve.
3. Next, boil the milk in a broad pan. When it starts to boil, add he boiled macaroni. Simmer till tender.
4. When it starts to thicken, add cashews and raisins. Add sugar and mix well.
5. The delicious macaroni kheer is ready to serve.
You can chilled this delicious recipe overnight and can be served as a pasta pudding the next day.
