Makai Jajaria is a sweet delicacy made from sweeet corn, milk, and khoya. Sweet corn is rich in vitamins and minerals and milk provides the much needed calcium for bone strength.

Ingredients to make Makai Jajaria:
3/4 cup grated sweet corn kernels, 1.5 cups milk, ½ cup khoya, ½ cup sugar, ½ tsp cardamom powder, 2 tbsp ghee
Steps to make Makai Jajaria:
1. Heat the ghee in heavy bottomed pan and add grated corns. Cook over low flame and stir continuously.
2. Now add milk and stir continuously. When the milk evaporated add khoya and stir well.
3. Add sugar; mix well and cook till the sugar completely dissolves. Stir continuosuly to avoid burning from bottom.
Transfer on the serving plate and garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios.
