Ingredients: Paneer (cottage cheese) cut into cubes Fried 500 grams, Fresh cream 1/2 cup, Oil 2 tablespoons, Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon, Asafoetida a pinch, Tomato pureed 6 large, Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon, Nutmeg powder 1/2 teaspoon, Sugar 2 teaspoon, Garam masala 1 teaspoon, Salt to taste
Steps:
1. Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add cumin seeds and asafoetida. Saute for thirty seconds. Add tomato puree and mix well.
2. Add turmeric powder, nutmeg powder and mix well. Lower the heat and cook till the oil surfaces.
3. Add cardamom powder, sugar and salt to taste. Mix well. Add cottage cheese pieces and fresh cream. Allow the mixture to boil. Serve with roti.
