    Mandua flour 2 cups, wheat flour ½ cup, water as required

    Steps to make Mandua ki Roti:

    1. Mix mandua and wheat flour and knead a smooth dough using water.

    2. Make small balls out of dough, flatten with rolling pin

    3. Heat griddle and cook the chapati from both sides on medium flame.

    Serve hot with aloo ka jhol.
