Mango shake is the most sought after drink during the summer. You will hardly come across a person who doesn’t love this king of all fruits. Just the thought of ripe, juicy and sweet mangoes is enough to make mango lovers drool. Mangoes are an excellent source of dietary fiber and vitamin B6, as well as a good source of vitamin A and vitamin C. Mango dry fruit ice shake is a blent of mango pulp with the goodness of dryfruits and best served during breakfast. It is so delicious and refreshing that no one can resist drinking this during hot summer.

Mango-2 large, sugar-1/4 cup, cashew-few, pistachios-few, cream-1/4 cup, almond-few, milk-2 cup and ice cubes- few
1. Peel the mangoes and scrape out all the pulp.
2. Blend the pulp in a blender to form asmooth puree.
3. Add milk and sugar and blend well.
4. Pour the mango shake in 2 glasses.
5. Top each glassful with cream.
Garnish with dry fruits and serve immediately.
