This tangy and tasty mango curry is perfect for lunch time and it goes well with rice as well. Just taste the yummy flavor of mango along with sweetness of coconut and your yummy recipe is ready.

Ingredients to make Mango In Coconut Curry:
1½ cup grated coconut, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp chili powder, 4 peeled alphonso mango, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp jaggery, salt to taste, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 whole dry Kashmiri red chili, 10 curry leaves
Steps to make Mango In Coconut Curry:
1. Combine mangoes, jaggery, salt and turmeric powder in 2 cups of water in a pan and keep stirring on low flame for 2 minutes.
2. Now cover with a lid and let it cook for 15 minutes on low flame. Keep stirring.
3. Add grated coconut powder, salt as per taste and 1 cup of water and stir well.
4. Heat some oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, kashmiri dry red chilli, curry leaves and saute on medium flame.
5. Now add the tempering to mango gravy and mix well.
Serve it hot with roti or rice.
