Mango pasta is a yummy dish with a burst of flavours! It’s easy to make and tastes best when served chill.

2 cups chopped ripe mangoes, 1 cup boiled penne pasta, ½ cup orange segments, ½ cup grapes, 2 tbsp orange juice, 2 tbsp pomegranate, ½ tsp ginger (adrak) juice, 1/4 tsp black peppercorns (kalimirch)powder, ½ cup roasted lotus seeds, ½ tsp red chili flakes
1. In a deep bowl, combine the mangoes with pasta and toss well.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve chilled garnished with chili flakes and basil.
