    Ingredients to make Mango Payeesh:

    1 liter milk, 1/3 cup rice soaked for 30 min, ½ cup sugar, 1 ripe mango chopped and blended to mango pulp, chopped cashew and raisins

    Steps to make Mango Payeesh:

    1. Boil the milk until it reduces to half in quantity.

    2. Add the soaked rice to the milk and simmer for 15-20min till rice is cooked.

    3. Add sugar and mango pulp and mix well. Cook for 2-3 mins more.

    4. Garnish with cashew nuts and raisins. Serve chilled.
