Treat your little mango lover by this easy and luscious Mango Shrikhand at home. Mango is rich in vitamin A, C, and curd provides adequate calcium to your child.

    Ingredients to make Mango Shrikhand:

    Pulp of 2 ripe mangoes, 3 cup curd, 1 tsp cardamom powder, a pinch of saffron, 1 tbsp warm milk, ½ cup powdered sugar, a pinch of nutmeg powder, 1 tbsp almond silvers, 1 tbsp pistachios silvers

    Steps to make Mango Shrikhand:

    1. Hung the curd in muslin cloth for 3-4 hours. Meanwhile soak saffron strands in warm milk.

    2. Take the hung curd and whisk well in a deep bowl. Add mango pulp and sugar and whisk well.

    3. Add cardamom powder, saffron milk, nutmeg powder, almonds and pistachios and mix well.

    Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve chilled.
