Masala Beans Bhaja

Green beans are loaded with vitamins and minerals essential for your kiddo. The other ingredients involved in this dish also provide the much needed carbohydrates and proteins to your little one, making this dish a compact healthy one.

    Ingredients to make Masala Beans Bhaja:

    ½ kg green beans, 3 tbsp mustard seeds, tomato chopped into small pieces, 4 tbsp scraped coconut, 1 tbsp roasted peanut powder, ½ tbsp jeera, 2/4 dry chili, salt, turmeric, oil, phutana

    Steps to make Masala Beans Bhaja:

    1. Make a paste of coconut, mustard, jeera and chili.

    2. Cut the beans into very small pieces.

    3. Put oil in the vessel and phutan and one dry chili when it is hot.

    4. Put all the beans. Add salt and turmeric to this.

    5. Cook till it is 3/4th cooked and keep it in a vessel.

    6. In another vessel put little bit of oil and when it is hot add all the ground spices and cook it for a while.

    7. When it leaves oil add all the chopped tomatoes.

    8. When the spices are cooked, add all the cooked beans and cook for some time. After few minutes add the roasted peanut powder.

    Serve fresh to your little one.
