Yummy oats dhokla is a delicious fusion Gujarati recipe, which is prepared with oats, rava, rice flour, and curd as its main ingredients. Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth and are a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants. Rava has a good amount of fiber in it. Rice flour and curd also contribute the nutritional benifit of this dish.

Oats-3/4 cup, rice flour-3/4 cup, rava-3/4 cup, dahi-2 cup, water-1 cup, salt-to taste, ghee-1/4 cup, oil-2 tsp and green chillies-2
1. Firstly, grind oats in a grinder to make a powder. Transfer this powder into a bowl.
2. Next, add rava, rice flour, and salt in the same bowl and mix well. Then add curd and mix all the ingredients. Now, add water into the bowl and stir again. Mix all the ingredients well to make a fine batter. Cover the bowl and keep it aside for about 30 minutes.
3. Now, grease the dhokla tray with oil and pour the oats mixture into the tray and put the tray into asteamer and steam the mixture for 15 minutes
4. Now, heat ghee in a pan and add green chillies, stir the for a minute.
5. Next, take out the dhoklas from the steamer and pour the green chilies mixture onto the dhoklas and cut the mixture into square shape.
Serve fresh!
