    Ingredients to make Masala Roti:

    Wheat Flour – 2 cups, dried kasuri methi leaves – 1 tbsp, cumin seeds – 1 tsp, garam masala powder – 1 tsp, salt to taste, curd – ½ cup, water as needed, oil – 1 tsp + more for frying

    Steps to make Masala Roti:

    1. Take all the ingredients in a bowl except oil, curd and water. Mix well.

    2. Add curd and water and mix well to make a soft dough. Drizzle some oil over it and knead well. Cover and let it sit for 30 mins.

    3. Make small balls from the dough. Roll into rotis and roast on a hot tawa by drizzling oil on both sides till cooked. Serve with pickle or subzi.
