Here is an easy and interesting way to make Meetha Makai Dalia for your child. Makai dalia is rich in fiber, essential vitamins, and protein.

1 cup makai daliya, 2 cups milk, 2 tsp.pure ghee, ½ cup sugar, 3 cups water
1. Roast daliya in ghee in a pressure cooker. Sauté till golden brown on low flame.
2. Add three cups of water and stir it well. Close the lid and increase the flame to full. After the first whistle, lower the flame and cook it for 5 minutes and switch off the flame.
3. After it cools, open the lid and switch on the flame and add milk to bring to kheer consistency and boil to 2 minutes while stirring constantly, add sugar, ghee and mix well.
Serve to your child to enjoy the delicious makai daliya.
