Meethe Sattu ke Laddoo is quick and easy recipe made from roasted chana flour, jaggery, and ghee. Your child will just love and enjoy the taste as the ladoo melts down the mouth. Sattu is an amazing source of protein, fiber, folate, minerals, and fatty acids.

    Ingredients to make Meethe Sattu ke Laddoo:

    1 cup sattu, 3 tbsp. ghee, ½ cup jaggery powder, ¼ tsp. cardamom powder

    Steps to make Meethe Sattu ke Laddoo:

    1. Heat 1 tbsp. ghee in a heavy bottomed pan, add sattu flour and roast it with ghee on a low flame stirring constantly for 2 minutes.

    2. Add jaggery powder, ghee, cardamom and mix well. Remove from heat.

    3. Shape them into ladoos while the mixture is still warm.

    Serve them to your child as a sweet snack.
