Mint and coriander are two herbs that are very commonly used in Indian cuisine. Not only are they preferred due to their aroma and taste, but also because of their nutritional value. Mint and coriander are rich sources of manganese, copper, potassium, magnesium, iron, calcium, folate, riboflavin, Vitamins A &C, dietary fibre, zinc etc. Mint coriander raita combines the goodness of both these herbs and offers a delectable taste.

Ingredients: ¾ cup mint leaves, ½ cup coriander leaves, 1 green chilli chopped, 1 onion finely chopped, ½ tsp roasted cumin powder, ½ tsp chaat masala. ¼ tsp red chilli powder, 1 cup yogurt, salt.
Steps:
1. Grind the mint, coriander leaves with chopped chillies with a little water into a smooth paste.
2. Whisk yogurt till it is smooth and add into the paste.
3. Toss in the chopped onions and spice powders. Season with salt and serve.
