Mix Vegetable Noodles

A pretty looking golden brown Mixed Vegetable Noodles is filled with a warm and crunchy vegetable stir-fry made from bell-peppers, carrot, French beans and spring onions make it a satiating one dish meal. This veg noodles is rich in vitamin A, which helps in keeping your vision perfect. Do not mix soy sauce or vinegar for children.

    Ingredients to make Mix Vegetable Noodles:

    150 gm hakka noodles, 5-6 cups of water, 1 carrot shredded, 8-10 French beans finely chopped, 1 small bell pepper finely chopped, 2-3 spring onions finely chopped, oil, salt as per taste

    Steps to make Mix Vegetable Noodles:

    1. Bring water to boil in a deep pan, add 1 tbsp salt and oil. Add the noodles and allow it cook.

    2. Once done strain theexcess water and wash the noodles with cold water.

    3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok. Add chopped spring onions and stir fry for a minute.

    4. Add rest of the vegetables and stir fry for a minute.

    5. Add the cooked noodles. Stir it all on high heat for a few minutes and remove from heat.

    Garnish it with spring onion greens.
